Steady Support for Mother + Baby, from Pregnancy through Early Feeding Milestones
Motherhood is full of questions and moments that don’t fit into a single appointment. Feeding changes, pumping plans for returning to work, sleep regressions, and introducing solids all come at different times; you deserve consistent guidance through it all.
My Steady Support Plan provides 6 months of steady, relationship based support for mothers and babies from birth through early feeding milestones, while keeping your time, energy and confidence intact.
Inside this space, we focus on:
- responsive, relationship-based feeding support
- gentle nourishment and recovery guidance for you
- whole-family rhythms, sleep, and regulation
- early transitions like returning to work or introducing solids
- identifying when something feels off—and helping you find the right support
This package includes my prenatal class, multiple in-home visits, check-ins, and messaging support, giving you continuity without overwhelming your schedule.
All care is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and rooted in protecting your instincts as a mother. When needs fall outside my scope, I collaborate closely with trusted providers so you’re never navigating this alone.

Why Continuity of Care
This could look like:
- Visit 1 – Early Postpartum
- initial latch and feeding assessment
- early nutrition guidance and support
- Visit 2 – Transition + Troubleshooting
- reassess growth, latch and feeding patterns
- address any new challenges (sleeping, pumping schedule, baby behavior)
- Visit 3 – Milestone Support
- introducing solids guidance (readiness factors, methods, how to)
- adjust routines as baby grows
- answer questions about ongoing nutrition and lifestyle adjustments
Each visit builds on the last, even if you feel confident now, questions almost always come up as your baby grows and routines change.
