I come alongside you with Mama Gut respecting, evidence-based lactation care, guidance, and the kind of honest support that feels like a warm cup of tea and a deep breath.

Breastfeeding is a journey with bumps, curves, and detours. I offer a Steady Support Plan and flexible follow-up options so you feel supported through each stage—whether it’s 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 months after we first meet.

Mothers gather together to create a safe, welcoming space where questions are answered, worries are lightened, and friendships begin. Whether you’re exclusively nursing, combo feeding, pumping, supplementing, or preparing to wean, your feeding journey is valid. My job isn’t to judge or pressure, it’s to help you feed your baby in a way that feels right for your body, your baby, and your season.

my philosophy and approach

There’s no agenda here—just evidence-based care and lived experience from someone who’s been in the trenches of postpartum and understands that feeding a baby is about so much more than milk.

I believe in the power of a calm presence, clear education and steady support. and I believe you already have what it takes, sometimes you just need someone to remind you.

I bring:
• Trauma-informed, judgement-free care
• A deep respect for the mother-baby connection
• Step-by-step guidance you can actually use
• Support for the emotional side of feeding too
This isn’t about “just try harder”—this is about building confidence, connection, and peace.

I specialize in:
• In-home newborn feeding support
• Lactation after birth trauma or NICU stays
• Allergies, reflux, ties, and high-needs babies
• Gentle feeding transitions and informed weaning
And yes, siblings, chaos, and unwashed dishes are welcome during consults. I’m a mama too. I get it.
